微生物与宿主健康研究团队简介

微生物与宿主健康研究团队是由国家重点人才项目入选者(青年)、山东省“泰山学者”特聘教授、浙江省特聘专家、欧盟(荷兰)Rubicon学者、山东省高等学校优秀青年创新团队带头人张兴林教授2018年全职引进临沂大学后组建。团队主要从事微生物与宿主健康相关的研究工作。(1)针对引发宿主重要疾病的病原微生物,开展其流行病学调查和分离鉴定工作,利用国际前沿的微生物学方法Tn-seq,高通量筛选、鉴定病原微生物致病相关的毒力基因,研究病原微生物的致病机制。(2)完善功能基因组学研究平台,在功能基因组层面对病原微生物进行系统的基因功能研究,为疾病的防控提供重要理论基础;(3)搭建一种病原微生物通用,可控、安全、有效的新型疫苗研究平台,开展疫苗设计、安全性和保护性等相关实验室研究工作,为疾病防控提供有效的技术手段和科学支撑,并为突发传染病的紧急预防控制提供技术贮备;(4)开发微生物技术,重点进行细菌素的筛选、鉴定等研究工作,实现相关技术与产品的转化。

目前,团队承担国家和省部级科研项目30余项,包括山东省自然基金重大基础研究项目、山东省高等学校青年创新团队项目、山东省“泰山学者工程”、国家重点人才项目(青年),国家十三五重点研发计划子课题等科研项目。在Nature NatotechnolPLoS GenetEnviron MicrobiolJ Infect DisBMC GenomicNature Microbiol等国际知名期刊上发表论文,研究成果多次被NatureAnnual Review of Microbiology等顶级期刊引用。
